  • Depend

You get a named manager and a process you can see.

  • Develop

A portfolio built around your goals, not a template.

Monthly reporting, quarterly reviews, no surprises.

Common questions

What people ask first.

All PMS FAQs →
What is the minimum investment for PMS? add

₹50 lakh, which is the regulatory minimum for any portfolio management service in India. You can bring cash, existing shares, or both.

Do I own the shares? add

Yes. Unlike a mutual fund, where you own units of a pool, PMS shares sit in a demat account in your own name. You can see every holding.

What are the fees? add

A fixed fee of 2% a year, charged monthly, and a performance fee of 20% only on returns above a 10% hurdle, with a high-water mark. If you withdraw within the first year there is a 1.5% exit load. Operating expenses are capped at 0.1%.

How is my portfolio reported? add

You receive a monthly statement with every holding and transaction, quarterly reviews with the team, and a 24/7 client portal.

How are PMS returns taxed? add

As you own the shares directly, gains are taxed in your hands as capital gains on each sale, long-term or short-term depending on holding period. Dividends are taxed as income. We provide tax-ready statements; please consult your tax adviser.
