Fees
We earn more only when you do.
Our fee has two parts. A modest fixed fee pays for the work. A performance fee applies only to returns above a 10% hurdle, and never twice on the same gains.
Fee structure
Transparent, aligned & simple.
| Component | What it is | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Fixed management fee | 2% a year | Charged monthly on the portfolio value. Below the 2.5% to 3% common in the industry. |
| Performance fee | 20% of returns above the hurdle | You pay nothing on the first 10% of returns each year, net of the fixed fee. |
| Hurdle rate | 10% a year | The minimum return we must deliver before any performance fee applies. |
| High-water mark | Yes | After a market decline, no performance fee until the portfolio has recovered past its previous peak. |
| Exit load | 1.5% | Only applies if you withdraw within the first year. Zero exit load after 12 months. |
| Operating expenses | Up to 0.1% | Custody (Kotak), fund accounting, audit & statutory taxes. Itemized on your statement. |

In plain words
Three terms, decoded.
Hurdle rate add
The minimum return we must deliver before we charge you any performance fee. If your portfolio earns 9% after the fixed fee, there is no performance fee at all.
High-water mark add
The highest value your portfolio has reached. If it falls from ₹60 lakh to ₹55 lakh, we earn no performance fee until it has climbed back above ₹60 lakh and cleared the hurdle. You never pay twice for the same gains.
Why not a fixed fee only? add
A fixed-only fee pays the manager the same whatever your returns. A variable fee ties our income directly to yours. Speak to us if you would like to discuss alternative fixed-only structures.
